Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for elevators.
- Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Inspect elevator systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns promptly.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Prepare maintenance reports and document technical issues and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify recurring faults and recommend effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in elevator maintenance.
- Good knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot faults and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams.
- Willingness to conduct site visits as required.
