I found it in some puzzling Reddit thread (buried in imitation of 7 notes deep below an ad for crypto). Its not upon the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be surprised how rare that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, next it acts taking into account it saved but nada.

Interface looks when Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Still… its my go-to. I even have a shortcut widget.

Ugh. Im torn. on one hand, I acquire it. We desire to save that reel. do its stuff it to friends. Watch offline. maybe meme it later.
