 Responsible for supervising electrical and mechanical work for the elevators.  Made regular inspections of operation.  Responsible for checking and verifying time sheets and controlling staff expenditure.  Responsible for trouble shooting of faults in elevator and escalator systems.  Responsible to execute repair jobs major or minor.  Looking after queries from customers and speedy execution. Getting as much third-party elevators in portfolio after proper surveys, thereby increasing profitability

 Ensure high quality.  Managing installation time to complete the project in time or before that.  Manage onsite communication for day to day and installation activities and requirements.
